The Autumn has begun and the weather is typically wonderful with some plants still flowering. The damage caused by the flood through Parks Plantation in July had been repaired and the wood already used for den building.
The cereals have been harvested with some baling left to finish. Harry's Wood had been cleared for easy access and some dangerous trees have been felled and trimmed. A new seating area will go in soon ready for groups to use. We plan story telling and general woodland activities here and also plan to use the area when Parks is inaccessible after heavy rain.
